Mobile Credential for Apple Pay
One of the projects I'm most proud of is the automation of Mobile Credential for Apple Pay during my time at Blackboard. We designed a robust cloud-native architecture that supports over a million credentials while adhering to strict PCI-DSS and SOC 2 standards. Apple Pay recognized this project as their 'most successful partnership launch.'
Cloud Automation Group (CAG) at Transact Campus
At Transact Campus, I led the formation of the Cloud Automation Group (CAG), a team dedicated to creating secure, efficient automation pipelines. We implemented decentralized deployment automation, boosting our software release speeds by seven-fold. This project was not just about technical achievements, but also about people, leadership, and change management.
UDX
As the founder and CEO of UDX, I've had the opportunity to work on various projects. We've developed notable open-source solutions, including WP-Invoice, WP-CRM, WP-Property, and the groundbreaking WP-Stateless. These solutions have amassed over 2 million global downloads and are currently employed by over 5K businesses of all sizes.
DevSecOps Handbook
In collaboration with Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, we compiled the world's first DevSecOps Handbook—a comprehensive guide outlining robust enterprise-level cloud security strategies. This project was a significant achievement, demonstrating our commitment to secure, compliant tech solutions.
WordPress Hosting Infrastructure
One of my earliest projects at UDX was developing a WordPress hosting infrastructure based on Docker. This project allowed us to migrate client applications from single-node deployments to containerized horizontally scalable clusters on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Personal Growth and Leadership
Beyond these technical projects, I'm proud of the teams I've built and led throughout my career. From my time in the United States Marine Corps to my leadership roles at UDX, Blackboard, and Transact Campus, I've had the privilege of working with incredibly talented individuals and teams.
